一、純鋅鍍層鋼板零件表麵發黑的類型

1、 Types of blackening on the surface of pure zinc coated steel plate

表麵發黑常見的有兩種類型:髒汙類(附著於鍍層表麵的異物)和加工類(加工過程中造成鍍層表麵特性變化),當然在實際案例中這兩種類型可能是同時存在的。

There are two common types of surface blackening: dirt (foreign matter attached to the surface of the coating) and processing (change of coating surface characteristics during processing). Of course, in actual cases, these two types may exist at the same time.

二、髒汙類黑斑的辨識

髒汙的來源常見的是含油鋅粉類髒汙,如剪切線油氈上聚集的油汙。

辨識:該類黑斑因為屬於表麵附著的異物,所以通常可通過擦拭減輕或去除。即使幹了之後也能看到明顯的輪廓。

三、加工類黑斑的辨識

3、 Identification of machining black spots

加工類的黑斑產生原因有很多,鍍鋅層表麵因為摩擦導致粗糙度被改變,或摩擦導致鋅粉堆積或熱鍍鋅鍍層氧化(受鍍層成分影響)等,都可能形成黑斑形貌。

There are many reasons for black spots in processing. The surface roughness of zinc coating is changed due to friction, or zinc powder accumulation caused by friction or oxidation of hot-dip galvanized coating (affected by coating composition) may form black spot morphology.

辨識:加工類黑斑必須結合生產工藝進行分析,當發現零件出現黑斑後,首先確定零件上的規律,是整個零件均勻出現還是某個位置規律出現。

Identification: the black spots in processing must be analyzed in combination with the production process. When the black spots are found on the parts, the law on the parts should be determined first, whether the whole part appears uniformly or a certain position rule appears.

確定規律後在加工線上反向排查,找到入口沒有出口出現黑斑的工序。加工類黑斑通常是由於鋼板與設備摩擦導致的,調整也著重於減少夾緊裝置壓緊力、降低凹凸模粗糙度、改善潤滑、縮短模具清理周期、調整皮帶速度等方麵。
